Have you ever been in a disagreement or argument talking about topic "A", then ending up angry and stuck on topic "Z"?Paul uncovers what drives conflict and illustrates easy and effective ways to deal with - and often times resolve it - in powerful and positive ways.
You'll also learn the nature and nuances of conflict. You'll be given the insight that conflict often isn't simply a disagreement or argument, but rather a deeper disconnect between people over a core belief, like whether or not someone is good enough.
You'll be taught easy and EFFECTIVE ways to work through conflict and stay safe at the same time.
You can use these tools for yourself, teach them to kids, or both. A must for all ages!
