Paul brings over twelve years of law enforcement experience to these workshops. Of those twelve years, he spent five years as a Detective and Pro-active Officer in the Gang Unit for the King County Sheriff's Department in Seattle, Washington. He was a "Gang Expert" and worked the streets gathering intelligence, worked with gang members and assembled felony and misdemeanor cases for the prosecutors office.Participants will learn insights and reasons why young people might find this form of "family" important. You'll discover the many reasons people choose to become gang members and be given effective tools to prevent this choice.
