Letters of Reference
Our small non-profit organization has had a long history of gossip in the workplace. We were aware of the many ways it was detrimental to our organizational culture and how it got in the way of accomplishing our mission. We met about it, talked about it and attempted to put a stop to it. We found, however, that despite all our attempts, it still lived and thrived in many little corners.
Paul spent a day with us to help address it. In the month and a half since our workshop there has been a noticeable difference in our organization and the ways that people communicate with each other. The fear of gossip and behind the scenes conversations have dropped. People are more intentional and thoughtful about their conversations and address concerns with the person directly, rather than indirectly. People have said that it appears that even employees who didn't attend have changed their behavior because the culture has begun to change by those who spent the day with Paul.
I highly recommend Paul. His teaching style allows people to explore and learn in a very safe and playful environment. Paul is gentle is in his approach and solid in his conviction and beliefs about the potential of people and relationships
Sincerely,

Dear Paul,
I am writing to thank you for helping our 2004 Head Start and ECEAP Interdisciplinary Conference be a huge success.
We really appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to present information about Anti-Bullying and Anti-Gossiping to our community. The information you provided was very valuable to our attendees and was well received; in fact, many of the attendees commented that they so appreciated all the effort you put into your presentation. I think that many of them found multiple uses for their learning and their worlds will not be the same again. It is such a great opportunity for our Head Start and ECEAP community to learn from others such as you.
Thank you again for your role in our successful conference. Your insight, message and hard work were a wonderful addition. I really enjoyed watching your presentation myself, you have great energy.
Sincerely,
Bambi Sotak
Administrative Assistant
