Curriculum Overview
All of the core concepts included in the Peace Enforcement Curriculum provide wonderful "teachable" moments for kids. These moments help young people remember how they are awesome, wonderful and complete. One of the gifts of this curriculum is how it helps young people "switch" the old, negative beliefs they have used into the new, positive, true beliefs about who they are.Things that make our curriculum unique are:
- It teaches children using all the learning styles - auditory, visual and kinesthetic
- It's developmentally appropriate for children of all ages
- It incorporates games, interaction, and fun which helps the children to easily understand and learn the concepts
- The curriculum was developed by Paul, a former police officer, and uses his unique perspective of violence and poor choices
- Paul uses techniques helping kids create a new "body memory" that solidifies their learning, and helps them make different, positive choices
- It incorporates interactive theatre that goes beyond the mere "role play." The scenes used are events from the youngster's own lives.
Curriculum Training
Paul teaches anyone working with kids the concepts and curriculum he developed and uses. Upon completion, participants have the knowledge, skill and tools necessary to implement the curriculum in any format they wish - in any environment. They will be able to start and continue this life changing curriculum and change the lives of children, forever.
