Paul's Biography
Paul Figueroa, the founder of Peace Enforcement LLC, has over twenty years of experience helping people understand and deal with anger, violence and onflict. Paul is a twelve year veteran of the King County Sheriff's Department in Seattle, Washington. During his career he spent over five years working with street gangs and decided to redirect his efforts toward positively impacting the lives of people, both young and old, before law enforcement sees them. He left law enforcement in 1998 and has been changing the lives of people with his trainings and workshops ever since.

Training Participants
Paul was awarded "The Governor's Child Abuse Prevention Award" by Governor Gary Locke for his work with children and adults in Washington State. His Violence Prevention Curriculum was nominated twice for KCTS' Golden Apple Award for its use in elementary school violence prevention programs and Paul has been recognized by the Snohomish County Courts for his work with at risk youth. Paul and his Anti -Gossiping Workshops were featured on the Today Show and he shares his Anti-Bullying and Anti-Gossiping expertise regularly on Radio Disney.
Paul brings his unique perspective about life, conflict anger and violence to his workshops and trainings. He blends theatre, games, and wonderfully moving experiences to all his work, allowing participants to laugh, have fun, explore and learn together.
