Paul founded Peace Enforcement LLC in 1997 after a distinguished career as a police officer in Washington State. During his career he spent five years working with street gangs and decided to redirect his efforts toward positively impacting the lives of people, both young and old, before law enforcement sees them. Paul brings over 20 years of experience with him.

Paul was awarded "The Governor's Child Abuse Prevention Award" by Governor Gary Locke for his work with children and adults in Washington State. His Peace Enforcement™ Violence Prevention Curriculum was nominated twice for KCTS' Golden Apple Award for its use in elementary school violence prevention programs. Paul and his Anti -Gossiping Workshop were featured on the Today Show and he has made regular appearances on Radio Disney.
